Hello! I'm Rachel
I have a passion for people and processes which means that my happy place is helping people to succeed within organizational structures. The relationship between leaders and those they lead should be an ever-evolving process of seeking to understand and truly listen to each other in order to collectively achieve goals.

V.A.L.U.E. Program
The Voss Advanced Leadership Undergraduate Experience or V.A.L.U.E. program intends to prepare students for the real world, and learn how to “get things done” and collaborate in a professional environment. It offers students the opportunity to gain experience in one of three tracks: corporate leadership, civic/non-profit leadership or scholarship/leadership research. I am the first virtual student selected for this scholarship program and I chose to continue working with the non-profit, Be Kind Salina, that I started in 2015 as a fieldwork project in one of my leadership classes.
BE KIND SALINA
This is my non profit that I am so excited to share with you. You can find out more at
YOU.LEAD.NOW Experience
This 3-day conference held at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita, Kansas is an incredible opportunity to learn leadership strategies around diagnosing the situation, energizing others, managing self and intervening skillfully. The peer consultation groups both inspired and affirmed my goals.
